Returns & Exchanges

At Dr. Brown's, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not completely happy with your items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including the printed return authorization form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
